Autumn Bucket List 2021

Summer is officially over and, once again, my favorite season has returned...AUTUMN...in all her glory! Warm days, chilly evenings, falling leaves, bonfires, and all things pumpkin spice! How nice! ๐Ÿ

Picture Taken Last Fall of Migrating Geese

I've been thinking about some of the things that I would like to do this fall and, perhaps, accomplish over the course of it. I know that I won't get to all of them, but at least this list will help me to stay focused on the season and, hopefully, enjoy it to the fullest. Won't you join me as I dream? ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ

"While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest,
and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day
and night shall not cease" (Genesis 8:22).

My Autumn Bucket List 2021

1. Write my autumn bucket list ๐Ÿ‚
2. Plan my autumn menus (this will be done weekly through my Master List and Menu Plan Monday posts)
3. Seek to find my footing as I continue to walk out this new role of "widow" and adjust to living alone ("find my footing"...I'm not even sure what that means exactly, but I guess I'll find out as I just keep putting one foot in front of the other and taking one day at a time...it's all I can do) ๐Ÿ—“
4. Celebrate autumn birthdays with the grandlittles ๐ŸŽ‚
5. Enjoy a juicy red apple ๐ŸŽ

  3. I've not made mine yet, but yours is amazing. You'll be a very busy lady indeed. I will begin with surgery again next Wed the 29th to get my second implant removed. It ruptured. I hope this is the last surgery. On Monday, I will be giving my friend, Deborah, a ride home from chemo. Her cancer came back. I appreciate your prayers friend.

In the news, Aldi is open here.

    God bless you friend.
Still praying as God brings you to mind.
    Hug,
    Laura

    2. I've got my list up as you know. You've got so very much on your list. You'd better get busy. Don't forget to update your list regularly!
      Hugs,
Laura who is looking forward to seeing you.
Oh! We have a really nice coffee shop here in town that plays Christian music. Maybe we could have a hot cup of something together. They're open until 2 pm.
      More hugs!
Oh, one more thing, now I'm helping another friend through her cancer journey. You not only blessed me, you inspired me to be there for her through the hard times when others seem to forget.

I'm so thankful you're part of my life.
      Laura

    3. You've got a great list, Laura, and, yes, I do have a lot on there, but I've knocked a lot of them out already. I will try to get on there now and cross some things off. I'm looking forward to seeing you, too. I don't do coffee, but the coffee shop sounds nice. Do they serve tea, as well? Maybe whenever I make it down to shop at Aldi's we could meet and do some catching up. And, oh, Laura! That's WONDERFUL! I'm so thankful that you can be there for your friend now as she's going through the hard times. What a blessing! I'm thankful that you're part of my life, too. You've been a blessing and inspiration in so many areas! See you soon! Love, Rebecca
