Master To-Do List and Menu Plan Monday - June 6, 2022

Good morning! It's Monday! YEAH!!! (I love Mondays! They're my favorite day of the week!) 💗

Granddaughters Mercy, Esther, and Ruth

I trust that you and yours had a good week and a great weekend! My week started off a little rocky here, but greatly improved by week's end.

I was unwell the first half the week. In fact, I missed out on the holiday cookout at son and daughter-in-law's entirely, but, by Thursday, I was up and running and able to join Aaron and Amanda and the girls on an impromptu outing to Precious Moments at Carthage.

Resurrection Cave

I didn't get to everything on last week's 'to-do' list but did manage to accomplish a few things. I ran errands Friday morning (bank, post office, bills) and worked around the place in the afternoon. I trimmed around the flower beds and edges with a weed-eater and harvested chives from the garden. I ended up with about a quart of dried chives.

Chives Fresh From the Garden

I worked at the park on Saturday; on Sunday I celebrated the 8th-year anniversary of my first day on the job.

Common Snapping Turtle

It's hard to believe that I've been there that long and, what's more, that I still enjoy it. In fact, I still say that I have THE BEST job in the area! (And I do!!!)

Now, here we are, back around to a brand new week and one that promises to be quite busy and rather full. Let's get started on this week's post, shall we?
